What should I wear for my ERAS headshot?

Business professional attire works best — a blazer, dress shirt, or professional blouse. A white coat is also a popular and appropriate choice for medical applicants. Stick to solid, neutral colors and avoid busy patterns. I'll send a prep guide when you book

How long does the session take?

The session itself is 20 minutes. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. You'll be done and on your way well before the half-hour mark.

When will I receive my photos?

Retouched files are delivered within 48hrs. of your session. If you have an ERAS deadline coming up, let me know when you book and I'll do my best to accommodate a faster turnaround

What exactly is included in the $150 price?

Everything: the 20-minute studio session, guided posing, professional retouching on your selected image, a high-resolution digital file, and a pre-cropped version sized for ERAS upload. No hidden fees, no upsells.

Where is the studio located?

My studio is located in Commerce City, Colorado — convenient to Denver, Aurora, Thornton, Brighton, and the surrounding metro area. The address is shared when you book your session.

Can I reschedule if my plans change?

Is this only for ERAS or can I use the photo elsewhere?

Absolutely. I just ask for at least 48 hours' notice when possible and we'll find a time that works. Application season is hectic — flexibility is part of the deal.

You receive the full high-resolution file, which you can use anywhere — LinkedIn, your school's website, hospital directories, professional profiles, or anywhere else you need a headshot. The ERAS crop is an added bonus on top of that.
